About adhd.info
Most ADHD sites are libraries. You read an article about task paralysis, nod along, and then… still can't start the thing. We built adhd.info to be the other kind of site: a tool you actually use.
The core loop is simple on purpose. Dump your brain, get one task and one stupidly small first action, press start. It works because starting is the hard part — the rest is just continuing.
Your data stays on your device. No accounts, no tracking pixels with questionable morals, no dark patterns. When we eventually offer a paid tier, it will come with renewal reminders and one-click cancel — because charging people an ADHD tax for forgetting to unsubscribe is gross.
adhd.info is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It's a toolbox, built with care, reviewed with clinicians. Questions: hello@adhd.info.
