Privacy, in plain language

The short version

Your brain dumps and task lists live on your device (IndexedDB), not on our servers. We don't have accounts. We can't read your stuff, because we don't have your stuff.

What stays on your device

Everything you type into the Start Now loop: dumps, tasks, sessions, and your AI-consent choice. It lives in your browser's local storage. Clearing site data deletes it. A 'download my data' export is built into the tool.

What our servers see

If you consent to AI sorting, that one text is sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter, running OpenAI's Luna model) to generate your tasks. We don't log or store the text. Per the provider's policies it may be retained by them for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring; it is never used to train models. We also collect privacy-respecting, aggregate product analytics (Simple Analytics and Cloudflare Analytics Engine) — no cookies, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we store your email address and nothing else. Double opt-in, one-click unsubscribe in every email. We will never sell or share it.

Your rights (GDPR and friends)

Email hello@adhd.info to access, correct, or delete anything tied to your email address. Device-local data is yours by construction — delete it from your browser at any time.

What we never do

No selling data. No ad networks. No third-party trackers. No training AI on your words. No 'anonymized' data brokered to anyone.
