Print a timestamped receipt for the thing you just finished — photo optional — and send it to your accountability buddy. Done counts, and now there's a paper trail.
Heads up: nothing is saved or sent — no account, no upload, no database. The receipt only exists once you copy or download it, and the photo never leaves your device. The "verified by: me" stamp means exactly what it says: you're the witness. That's the whole point.
Because done is invisible. Your brain discounts the finished thing and fixates on the seventeen unfinished ones — so the win evaporates and the guilt stays. A receipt makes the done thing exist outside your head, with a timestamp, where someone else can see it.
Do this now: pick one thing you finished today — tiny counts, invisible counts — print the receipt, and send it to your person before you talk yourself out of it.
