Day Pie

Pick a colour, drag it onto the clock face. Your day stops being an abstract list and becomes a shape you can read in one glance.

Blank pie. Pick a colour above and drag across the hours — sleep is usually the easiest first slice.

Why a pie beats a schedule

A list of times asks your brain to hold the whole day in working memory. A filled clock face turns the same plan into a picture — and many people with ADHD find that "painted" time feels real in a way written time never does.

Do this now: block out sleep first, then one honest focus block. The hand on the face shows where "now" sits inside your plan — no alarms, just orientation.
