Name The Feeling

'I feel bad' is a dead end — there's nothing to grab. Tap your way from the big shape to the exact word, and get one tiny thing that fits it.

Step 1 — the big shape

Everything happens on your device — nothing is saved, nothing is sent anywhere. And this is a naming tool, not a diagnosis: just better words for the weather inside.

Why does naming a feeling help?

An unnamed feeling is weather — it's everywhere and there's nothing to hold. A named one is an object: smaller than you, outside you, something you can look at. Many people with ADHD describe emotions arriving as one big undifferentiated flood, so the naming step does real work.

Once it has a name, the next step gets smaller too. "Overwhelmed" wants a brain dump; "rejected" wants thirty seconds of movement. The word picks the tool — you don't have to think your way out while flooded.
