Interrupted mid-flow? Park where you were in one tap — the task, the next step, the thought — and get it back as a 10-second re-entry card when you return.
Working memory holds your place in a task like a finger in a book — and an interruption yanks the finger out. The task isn't gone, but the thread is: what you'd figured out, what came next, the thought you were about to use. Rebuilding that from scratch is the expensive part, not the interruption itself.
Parking moves the finger outside your head before you let go. Do this now: park whatever you're in the middle of, just once, so the gesture is loaded the next time someone says “got a sec?”.
