The Paralysis Button

Frozen? One tap. You get one absurdly small first move and a short timer to do it in.

Why one absurdly small step?

Paralysis isn't laziness — the task feels like one giant, undefined blob, so the brain refuses to pick a door. Shrinking the first move until it's almost embarrassing gives it a door small enough to walk through.

Do this now: press the button, do the tiny move before the timer ends, and let “done” count even if it's ugly.
