The Swap Shop

Pick the harsh thing you said to yourself, and trade it for something honest — not fake-positive, just true.

Step 1 — what did you say to yourself?

Make your own swap

Heads up: your own swaps live only in this browser — Safari can wipe them after a while away, so download them to keep them. Nothing you type ever leaves your device.

Why not just think positive?

Because your brain knows "I'm amazing and everything is great" is a lie, and rejects it on sight. An honest swap is different: it's not cheerleading, it's just the accurate sentence. "I'm a failure" isn't accuracy either — it's a feeling wearing a fact costume.

Do this now: pick the phrase you said most recently, read the swap out loud once, and copy it somewhere you'll trip over it later.
