Shame Flush

The spiral in your head needs out, not a permanent record. Type the whole ugly monologue, then pull the flush and watch it disappear.

Why delete it instead of keeping it?

A shame spiral runs on replay. Writing the whole thing out moves it from the loop in your head to somewhere outside it — and deleting it means there's no artifact to cringe at tomorrow and start the loop again.

Do this now: dump the loudest thought in your head, unfiltered, and pull the flush. Keep one lesson if there's a real one — skip it if there isn't.
