Stim Break

A timed permission slip to go stim. Pick a length, hit start, and move however your body is asking to — the timer holds the edges so you don't have to watch a clock.

How long do you want?

The countdown only runs while this tab is open — leave it somewhere you can glance at it. Nothing is saved, nothing leaves your browser.

Why a timer for something that's supposed to be free?

Stimming is regulation, not a reward — you don't earn a break, you take one. The timer isn't there to ration you. It's there so the break has edges: without an end point, "quick break" quietly becomes the whole afternoon, and the guilt after cancels out the good it did.

Sitting still for four hours isn't focus, it's a trap. Do this now: pick 5 minutes, hit start, and actually leave the chair.
