Appointment later, whole day hostage? Name the time, see the window you actually have, and fill it with things that won't swallow you.
Wrap-up buffer — start winding down this early
Honest bit: the wrap-up alarm only works while this tab is open. Keep it pinned and it'll nudge you; close it and it's gone. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Many people with ADHD describe "waiting mode": an appointment at 4pm somehow cancels everything before it. Starting anything feels risky, because time is slippery and hyperfocus might swallow the exit. So you brace instead — and the hours evaporate.
The way out isn't discipline, it's sizing. A task that provably fits the window (with wrap-up time to spare) is safe to start. A chime that catches the exit is the other half. Everything runs on your device — nothing is saved, nothing is sent anywhere.
