The Reply Pile

Everyone you owe a reply, sorted by how long it's been — with a warm opener ready to copy, because it's never actually too late.

Add someone to the pile

When did they message? A guess is fine.

Heads up: your pile lives only in this browser — Safari can wipe it after a while away, so download it if you'd cry about losing it. Names and notes never leave your device.

Why does a thirty-second reply take three weeks?

Because the longer a message sits, the bigger it feels — until a quick "ha, yes!" starts to feel like it needs an apology essay first. That's not rudeness. That's avoidance math: the dread grows with the delay, so the delay grows with the dread. Lots of ADHD brains run this loop.

The way out is boring and kind: short message, no essay, sent today. Almost nobody answers "how dare you take three weeks." They answer "omg hi!!"

Do this now: copy the opener for the person at the top of your pile and send it before you can negotiate with yourself. One message. The rest of the pile can wait.
